Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 81 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PITX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-13P, MIR4510, and MIR4766. Each is linked with PITX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITX3-to-partner and partner-to-PITX3 results are reported.
