Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITX3 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PITX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells, CD8+ Tcm, and CD8+ Tem. Each is linked with PITX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITX3-to-partner and partner-to-PITX3 results are reported.
