Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,155 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TXNRD1, PGD, and SQSTM1. Each is linked with PIR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIR-to-partner and partner-to-PIR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIR versus TXNRD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
