PINX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PINX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PINX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSPG4P3Y, SNORD115-22, and PABPC1L2B-AS1. Each is linked with PINX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PINX1-to-partner and partner-to-PINX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CSPG4P3Y grouped by PINX1-low versus PINX1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PINX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PINX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
