PIK3R3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIK3R3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,067 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIK3R3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAO1, RNU7-110P, and MIR129-1. Each is linked with PIK3R3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3R3-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3R3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HAO1 grouped by PIK3R3-low versus PIK3R3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIK3R3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIK3R3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
