Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIK3C2G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,112 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIK3C2G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Appendage morphogenesis, Response to insulin, and Hepaticobiliary system development. Each is linked with PIK3C2G in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3C2G-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3C2G results are reported.
