Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIK3C2G protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,729 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIK3C2G-associated genes across cancer lineages are OCA2, PTCD1, and KAZALD1. Each is linked with PIK3C2G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3C2G-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3C2G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIK3C2G versus OCA2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIK3C2G→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIK3C2G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
