PIGU

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGU RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,465 significant associations in total. KICH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGU-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERGIC3, CTNNBL1, and RALY. Each is linked with PIGU in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGU-to-partner and partner-to-PIGU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGU versus ERGIC3 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGU→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
