PIGU

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGU RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,697 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGU-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSE1L, AHCY, and PRKDC. Each is linked with PIGU in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGU-to-partner and partner-to-PIGU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGU versus CSE1L in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGU→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
