PIGU

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGU protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,554 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGU-associated genes across cancer lineages are RALY, ERGIC3, and DSN1. Each is linked with PIGU in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGU-to-partner and partner-to-PIGU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGU versus RALY in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGU→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
