Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGU mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,179 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGU-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP198, MIR3129, and AACS. Each is linked with PIGU in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGU-to-partner and partner-to-PIGU results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP198 grouped by PIGU-low versus PIGU-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGU→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
