Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGU mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGU-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eIF4E, and Fibronectin. Each is linked with PIGU in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGU-to-partner and partner-to-PIGU results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by PIGU-low versus PIGU-high in UCEC.
