PIGU

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIGU RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,957 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGU-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Attachment of GPI anchor to protein, Regulation of centriole-centriole cohesion, and DNA strand elongation. Each is linked with PIGU in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGU-to-partner and partner-to-PIGU results are reported.
