PIGS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,817 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGS-associated genes across cancer lineages are CASC3, SUPT6H, and BECN1. Each is linked with PIGS in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGS-to-partner and partner-to-PIGS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGS versus CASC3 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
