PIGQ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGQ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,709 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGQ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRTFB, MOB3A, and NUDT16L1. Each is linked with PIGQ in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGQ-to-partner and partner-to-PIGQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGQ versus MRTFB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
