PIGL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,119 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are METTL16, NCOR1, and TTC19. Each is linked with PIGL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGL-to-partner and partner-to-PIGL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGL versus METTL16 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
