Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 156 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGL-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLF17P2, RNU6-1089P, and RN7SL612P. Each is linked with PIGL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGL-to-partner and partner-to-PIGL results are reported.
