Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,414 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGG-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R16B, NCF1B, and RASSF6. Each is linked with PIGG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGG-to-partner and partner-to-PIGG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGG versus PPP1R16B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
