PIGG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIGG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 116 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGG-associated genes across cancer lineages are OLIG3, MYH7, and EIF3E. Each is linked with PIGG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGG-to-partner and partner-to-PIGG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OLIG3 grouped by PIGG-low versus PIGG-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
