PIGFP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGFP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,197 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGFP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF3C4, WDR33, and USP42_S1222. Each is linked with PIGFP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGFP2-to-partner and partner-to-PIGFP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGFP2 versus GTF3C4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGFP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGFP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
