PIF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,778 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL12_S38, RRM2, and SMC2. Each is linked with PIF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIF1-to-partner and partner-to-PIF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIF1 versus RPL12_S38 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
