PICSAR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PICSAR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,211 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PICSAR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDA, P3H3, and NAXE. Each is linked with PICSAR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PICSAR-to-partner and partner-to-PICSAR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PICSAR versus CDA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PICSAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PICSAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
