Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIBF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,726 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIBF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP108, RN7SL248P, and MIR4662B. Each is linked with PIBF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIBF1-to-partner and partner-to-PIBF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP108 grouped by PIBF1-low versus PIBF1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIBF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIBF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
