Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIAS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC10A, SPATA48, and GALR1. Each is linked with PIAS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIAS1-to-partner and partner-to-PIAS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLEC10A grouped by PIAS1-low versus PIAS1-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
