Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PI4KA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,664 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PI4KA-associated genes across cancer lineages are INSL5, MUC5AC, and C7orf33. Each is linked with PI4KA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PI4KA-to-partner and partner-to-PI4KA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INSL5 grouped by PI4KA-low versus PI4KA-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PI4KA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PI4KA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
