PHTF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHTF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,126 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC8, MIR1224, and RNF34. Each is linked with PHTF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHTF1-to-partner and partner-to-PHTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC8 grouped by PHTF1-low versus PHTF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
