PHOX2B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHOX2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,343 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHOX2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF3R, FFAR2, and BCL2A1. Each is linked with PHOX2B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHOX2B-to-partner and partner-to-PHOX2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHOX2B versus CSF3R in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHOX2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHOX2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
