PHOX2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHOX2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHOX2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBPC3, ADIPOQ, and HYAL4. Each is linked with PHOX2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHOX2B-to-partner and partner-to-PHOX2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYBPC3 grouped by PHOX2B-low versus PHOX2B-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHOX2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHOX2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
