PHIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 199 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB1, MS4A14, and TIFAB. Each is linked with PHIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHIP-to-partner and partner-to-PHIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYBB1 grouped by PHIP-low versus PHIP-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
