RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PHF5GP RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PHF5GP data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher PHF5GP RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PHF5GP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and STAD show a favorable association.

LUSC, STAD, and UVM are the cancer types where PHF5GP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
