PHF23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHF23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,057 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF23-associated genes across cancer lineages are YWHAE, SENP3, and EIF4A1. Each is linked with PHF23 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF23-to-partner and partner-to-PHF23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF23 versus YWHAE in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF23→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
