PHACTR4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHACTR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,418 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHACTR4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBBP4, RCC1, and KHDRBS1. Each is linked with PHACTR4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHACTR4-to-partner and partner-to-PHACTR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHACTR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHACTR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
