Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHACTR2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,365 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHACTR2P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are INPP5F_S942, INPP5F, and AACS. Each is linked with PHACTR2P1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHACTR2P1-to-partner and partner-to-PHACTR2P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHACTR2P1 versus INPP5F_S942 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHACTR2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHACTR2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
