Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,211 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM51-AS1, PLXDC2, and ANTXR2. Each is linked with PGS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGS1-to-partner and partner-to-PGS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGS1 versus TMEM51-AS1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
