Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 685 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGR-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8B12, PMPCB, and BCAS2. Each is linked with PGR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGR-to-partner and partner-to-PGR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8B12 grouped by PGR-low versus PGR-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
