PGD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,440 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC4, SMC2, and UHRF1. Each is linked with PGD in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGD-to-partner and partner-to-PGD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGD versus SMC4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
