Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGBD5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,957 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGBD5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCAMP1, SNIP1_S52, and SRRM2_S1083. Each is linked with PGBD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGBD5-to-partner and partner-to-PGBD5 results are reported.
