PGBD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGBD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,488 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGBD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS35, GSKIP, and GSR. Each is linked with PGBD5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGBD5-to-partner and partner-to-PGBD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS35 grouped by PGBD5-low versus PGBD5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGBD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGBD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
