PGBD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGBD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 319 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGBD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHOX2B, HHLA1, and INSM2. Each is linked with PGBD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGBD5-to-partner and partner-to-PGBD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHOX2B grouped by PGBD5-low versus PGBD5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGBD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGBD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
