PGAP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,977 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PGP, PRNP, and STUB1. Each is linked with PGAP6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAP6-to-partner and partner-to-PGAP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGAP6 versus PGP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
