PGAP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGAP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROKR1, FAM205A, and IL17F. Each is linked with PGAP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAP6-to-partner and partner-to-PGAP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PROKR1 grouped by PGAP6-low versus PGAP6-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
