Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,858 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO3P10, IGHVIII-38-1, and MIR1266. Each is linked with PGAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAP2-to-partner and partner-to-PGAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO3P10 grouped by PGAP2-low versus PGAP2-high in CESC.
