PGAM5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,051 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAM5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM1, SMC2, and SMC4. Each is linked with PGAM5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAM5-to-partner and partner-to-PGAM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGAM5 versus RRM1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
