PGAM5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAM5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 805 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD5-12, TRIM53CP, and CDRT15P8. Each is linked with PGAM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAM5-to-partner and partner-to-PGAM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD5-12 grouped by PGAM5-low versus PGAM5-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
