Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFN1P10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,554 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFN1P10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are miRNA metabolic process, Maintenance of cell number, and Regulation of RNA export from nucleus. Each is linked with PFN1P10 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFN1P10-to-partner and partner-to-PFN1P10 results are reported.
