Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PFN1P10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PFN1P10 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher PFN1P10 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PFN1P10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
ACC, STAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where PFN1P10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
