PFKM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFKM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,658 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFKM-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNPO2, CCDC184, and PWWP3B. Each is linked with PFKM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFKM-to-partner and partner-to-PFKM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFKM versus SYNPO2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFKM→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFKM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
