Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFKM protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,946 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PFKM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PFKM_S377, MYL6B, and MDH1. Each is linked with PFKM in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFKM-to-partner and partner-to-PFKM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFKM versus PFKM_S377 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFKM→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFKM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
