PFKL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFKL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,287 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFKL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCP2, ALDH1L2, and MYO5A. Each is linked with PFKL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFKL-to-partner and partner-to-PFKL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFKL versus SCP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFKL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFKL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
