Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFKL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,002 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PFKL-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGN1, SLC5A3, and BNIP3L. Each is linked with PFKL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFKL-to-partner and partner-to-PFKL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFKL versus HMGN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFKL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFKL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
